% 15.11.2017 Petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus for de-sealing of the ground floor of the property bearing no. 6219, Gali Jharsia, Qasabpura, Delhi -110006. Ld. counsel for the respondent submits that the subject premises was being used in violation/derogation of directions passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WP(C) 7663/2015 titled Help Indian Against corruption (NGO) Vs. GNCTD & Ors. and without licence and that, the instant petition can be treated as a representation of the petitioner, to be disposed off by a speaking order. In view of the submissions, it directed that the instant petition may be treated as a representation of the petitioner to be disposed off by a speaking order, giving an opportunity of hearing, if, called for,
within eight weeks from today.
Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
