The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer: "A.
That this Hon'ble Court may issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ with regard to the filing of the Final Report in FIR 207/2013, P.S. Janak Puri under Sections 468/34/471/420/467 IPC subsequent to the statement made for filing of the final report within a period of six months from the date of the order i.e. 30th May, 2016.

Learned ASC for the State submits that the order dated 30th May, 2016, whereby assurance was given by the State to file chargesheet within six months from the date of passing order in W.P.(CRL.) 1731/2016 could not be complied with within the stipulated time for the reason that FSL result has not been received till date. 3.
Learned ASC for the State further submits that FSL result is likely to be received shortly and the final report in this case shall be filed at the earliest.

In view of the submission made by learned ASC for the State explaining the circumstances under which the chargesheet could not be filed in terms of the order dated 30th May, 2016 in W.P.(CRL.) 1731/2016, at this stage, no direction is required to be given in the writ petition. 5.
The writ petition is dismissed.
