O R D E R

% 22.11.2017 The petitioner seeks parole for a period of two months to attend the marriage of his younger sister; to make other arrangements for the same; to take care of his family and re-new his social ties. Mr. Kundu, the learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.) for the State has handed over a Status Report, according to which, the address of the petitioner has been verified so has the fact of the marriage of his younger sister being fixed for 28.11.2017.

The Status Report is taken on record.

It is the petitioner's case that he was released on parole a few times earlier during the course of which he has not misused the liberty granted and has surrendered before the jail concerned in due time. In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is enlarged on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a

personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned, subject to the following conditions:- (1) the petitioner shall report to the SHO concerned, Police Station Bharat Nagar, Delhi, once a week on every Tuesday during the period of parole;

(2) the petitioner shall furnish his mobile telephone number to the SHO concerned and shall keep the said number operational at all times; (3) the petitioner shall not leave the territory of NCT of Delhi; and (4) the petitioner shall surrender before the jail authorities at the expiry of the period of parole.

With the above directions the writ petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed off.

The date earlier fixed i.e. 16.02.2018 stands cancelled. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties under the signature of the Court Master. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
