% 14.02.2019 By way of this petition, direction is sought to conclude the trial of this case in a time-bound manner.

Upon hearing and on perusal of the status report, I find that the direction ought not to be granted as the report from FSL is yet to come, which will take time, and charges in this case have not been framed. Even supplementary charge-sheet is yet to be filed. Moreover, petitioner has been now released on bail. So, no directions, as sought for in this petition, are called for.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
