Review Petition No. 323/2018 and C.M. No. 34702/2018 (by the petitioner for seeking condonation of delay in filing the Review Petition) 1.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner purportedly seeking a review of the judgment dated 23.4.2018. However, a perusal of the review petition shows that under the garb of seeking review, the petitioner is actually proposing to re-argue the entire case, which is impermissible. W.P.(C) 10278/2017

We decline to entertain the review petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment dated 23.4.2018, it is for him to seek appropriate legal recourse against the same.
