% 28.02.2020 CM APPL. 6625/2020 (by appellant for corrections in the judgment dt. 20.01.2020) Issue notice.

The learned counsel named above accepts notice on behalf of the nonapplicant/insurance company. At joint request, the application is taken up for disposal. This application seeks modification of the judgement dated 20.01.2020 apropos an arithmetical error in computation of 'loss of future prospects', inasmuch as the relevant multiplier of 17 has not been applied. It is accordingly modified.

The amount payable under the said head shall be as under:- Rs.14,722/-(monthly income) x 12 (months) x 17 (multiplier) x 70/100 (functional disability) x 140/100 (40% towards loss of future KUMAR 15:37:03

prospects) = Rs. 29,43,222/-.

Let the aforesaid amount, alongwith interest as directed in the judgement dated 20.01.2020, be deposited before the learned Tribunal, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, of which Rs. 7 lacs shall be released to the beneficiary of the Award in terms of the scheme of disbursement specified in the Award. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that photographs of the claimant's injury were supplied to the Court with the consent of the claimant, to be reproduced in the order.
