The writ petitioner makes a grievance that he has made complaints to the authorities including the police regarding the criminal offence and that they are neither registering the case nor investigating into the allegations.

This writ petition is not an appropriate remedy to ventilate the grievance made by the petitioner.

At this stage, ld. counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to invoke appropriate remedy, if available, in accordance with law. W.P.(C) 10120/2017

The writ petition and application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
