Learned counsel for the respondents states that two speaking orders have been passed by the competent authority, the first one is dated 08.01.2018 and the second one is dated 22.01.2018. He submits that the reason for passing the second order was to ensure that the same is a speaking order in terms of the directions issued by the Court on 2.08.2017. Copies of the aforesaid orders are taken on record with copies furnished to the other side.
