O R D E R

% 05.11.2015 I.A. No.23441/2015 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) Plaintiffs and defendant nos.1 & 3 have settled their disputes amicably on the terms and conditions as stipulated in this application, which has been signed by the plaintiffs, defendant no.1 and defendant no.3 and also their counsels.

Application is also supported by the affidavits of the constituted attorney of the plaintiffs and defendant no.1 and authorized signatory of the defendant no.3.

Suit is decreed between plaintiffs, defendant no.1 and defendant no.3 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in this application, which is marked as 'Mark C-1' which shall form the part of decree.

As regards defendant no.2 is concerned, suit has not been pressed and

is disposed of as not pressed qua the defendant no.2. Since parties have settled their disputes at the initial stage, let 50% of court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs and a necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructous.
