Learned counsel appearing for the Motor and General Finance Ltd., submits that in terms of the calculation given by the department officials, the amount of property tax, as per the Amnesty Scheme, already stands deposited.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P.(C) 10366/2017, submits that the respondent, i.e., the Motor and General Finance Ltd., would have to withdraw their appeal, i.e., W.P.(C) 264/2019. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the Motor and General Finance Ltd. submits that he shall withdraw the said petition, in view of the fact that the requisite amount already stands paid by the Motor and General Finance Ltd., under the Amnesty Scheme.

Noting the aforesaid and considering the fact that up to date property tax amount has already been paid by the Motor and General Finance Ltd., amounting to Rs. 19,35,090/-, the writ petitions being W.P.(C) 10366/2017, W.P.(C) 10378/2017 & W.P.(C) 667/2018, are disposed of, along with the pending applications.
