% 20.07.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that insofar as prayers A to C of the petition dated 19.11.2015 are concerned, the concerned students have already approached the High Court of Karnataka and there are certain interim orders protecting their interest. He submits that insofar as prayers A to C are concerned, the petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that insofar as prayers D to F are concerned, the petitioner is pursuing its remedies before the Medical Council of India and, if required, it shall take appropriate steps once the Medical Council of India takes a decision thereon.
