% 15.11.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of respondent no.2 dated 30.7.2017 vide which the application of the petitioner institute seeking accreditation had been declined.

Learned counsels for the parties point out that this issue had been raised before the Division Bench in LPA No.515/2017 and the learned Division Bench has directed the DGT to process all pending applications; the DGT has informed the Division Bench that a Committee had been set up and the said applications will be processed expeditiously.

In view of the finding returned before the Division Bench the respondent no.1/DGT undertakes to process the application of the petitioner institute also accordingly.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
