B. Punish the Respondents for committing contempt of order dated 05.01.2012 passed by this Hon'ble Court in RFA No. 32/2011 C. Pass any such further Order or relief in favour of the Petitioner against the Respondents, in the light of peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and also in the furtherance of Justice." 3.
