% 19.02.2019 By this petition, the petitioners have sought protection as they have married contrary to the wishes of the family members of petitioner No. 1. Respondent No. 3, the father of petitioner No. 1 is present in Court he states that since the petitioners are major, he has no objection to the marriage of the petitioners.

A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report since the petitioner No. 1 is a major, her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C and after investigation a cancellation report has been filed before the Court of Competent Jurisdiction. W.P.(CRL) 3658/2018

In view of the fact that the parties have reconciled their differences and cancellation report has been filed, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

Petition is dismissed.
