W.P.(C) 13431/2018 Upon hearing, it is deemed appropriate to direct that for the relief sought in this petition, petitioners ought to make a precise and concise Representation to the Regional Provident Commissioner (Pension) Employees Provident Fund, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Head Quarters, New Delhi, within a period of six weeks from today. If any such Representations from petitioners are received by above-named authority, then it be effectively decided by passing a speaking order within a period of twelve weeks from its receipt and the fate of such W.P.(C) 13431/2018

Representations be made known to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
