% 04.01.2018 It is submitted that matter has been settled between the petitioner (accused) and complainant before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 3rd January, 2018. Settlement Agreement, received from the Mediation Centre, is on record. Complainant has supported the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the accused and complainant before the Mediation Centre, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
