O R D E R

% 05.02.2019 Pursuant to order dated 18.12.2018, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the relief sought by the petitioner has already been processed and is at the advance stage. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has conceded that the leave encashment has already been paid, however, the interest on the delay payment has not been paid. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that for the aforesaid relief, the case of the petitioner is at advance stage and the interest as per law shall be paid within four weeks.

Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to pay the interest on the leave encashment within four weeks from the receipt of this order.

I hereby made clear that the decision on the interest part taken by the respondents shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week of the

decision and if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may make representation to the respondents and on receipt of the representation, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same by a reasoned order within two weeks thereafter.
