The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a representation before DUSIB limited to the extent of requesting DUSIB to treat the petitioners as tenants on rentals to be fixed by DUSIB. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that they are not disputing the title of DUSIB in respect of the said property but endeavour to persuade DUSIB to induct them as tenants as has been done by DUSIB in respect of other similarly placed persons. 2.

The petition and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
