% 19.01.2016 I.A. No. 877/2016 The submission of learned counsel for the plaintiff is that there is a typographical error in the prayer clause of the suit. In the second prayer, instead of the figure of Rs.1,64,58,333/-, the amount should have been typed as Rs.90,52,083/-. The plaintiff is permitted to carry out the said correction, which has been done in Court today.

The plaintiff submits that the plaintiff has already paid the Court Fees and shall make up the deficiency in Court Fees being the difference in the valuation of Rs.1,24,52,083/- and Rs.90,52,083/-. He submits that the deficiency shall be made up within two weeks. Let the same be made up within two weeks, as prayed for.

The application stands disposed of.
