% 10.01.2018 Petitioner got married on 18.011.2016. This petition was filed qua the role of respondent No. 3 as petitioner was having an apprehension that respondent No. 3 (father of petitioner No. 1) would take coercive steps against the petitioner No.1 who had got married to petitioner no.2 against their wishes.

A status report has been filed by the State. Learned additional standing counsel informs this court that the petitioner had admittedly received no threat since last once year. This submission is verified by the petitioners who are present in court. On an earlier date necessary police protection had been furnished to the petitioners through the SHO concerned; the mobile numbers of the beat constable / SHO had also been directed to be provided to the petitioner to enable them to contact them if necessary. Needful has been done. The learned ASC additionally informs this court that the address of the petitioner has

since been changed and the jurisdiction now falls within PS Mansarovar Park. He assures this court that the concerned SHO/beat constable shall be sensitized in the matter and fresh mobile numbers will be given to the petitioner who will be in a position to contact them if the need so arises.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
