By way of this application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR no. 484/2017, under Section 419/471/468/170 IPC, registered at PS Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi. 2.

Learned APP for the State submits that the material witness i.e. Ct.Devender Singh is yet to be examined in this case. 3.

In view of the submission of learned APP for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to approach the Court after the examination of Ct.Devender Singh is complete.
