O R D E R

% 22.11.2017 A dispute of property led to registration of FIR 94/2010 under sections 420/448/467/468/471/120B IPC at police station Chhawla, Delhi on the complaint of respondent no.2. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have now settled their disputes on 13th November, 2017 and therefore, the aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in the Court and has been identified by SI Prabhakaran of police station Chhawla, Delhi. He admits having settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will, without any undue force and coercion. He also admits having received a sum of `1,00,000/- from the petitioners towards the settled amount. Respondent no.2 submits that he has no objection if the aforementioned FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as detailed above, and particularly the fact that now the parties have settled their disputes amicably, in as much as entire settled amount already stands paid to the respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR 94/2010 under sections 420/448/467/468/471/120B IPC at police station Chhawla, Delhi and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, in view of the settlement.
