W.P.(CRL) 3185/2017 1.

By filing the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of one month for taking care of his sister who is having multiple cyst in the breast and has been advised surgery which is schedule for 18th November, 2017.

Notice. Learned counsel as above appearing on behalf of State accepts notice.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been placed on record as per W.P.(CRL) 3185/2017

which the Petitioner has availed two weeks parole in the recent part i.e. in the month of July, 2017.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
