O R D E R

% 25.07.2018 CA No. 832/2018 This application is filed seeking recall and to revoke the order dated 29.11.2017 whereby restrictions were imposed on the foreign travel of the applicant.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant states that he has already recorded his statement under Rule 130 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 with the OL.

Learned counsel for the OL confirms that the statement of the applicant has been recorded.

The applicant will cooperate with the OL in all regards regarding the winding up of the respondent Company.

In view of the above, the order dated 29.11.2017 to the extent it places restrictions on the travel of the applicant is revoked.

The application stands disposed of.

CA No. 479/2018 This application is filed by Sh.Sanjay Shantilal Mody seeking modification of the order dated 29.11.2017 in view of the fact that the applicant has recorded his statement before the OL under Rule 130 of the Companies (Court) Rules 1959.

In view of the above, the directions placing restrictions on the travel of the applicant by the order dated 29.11.2017 are recalled. The application stands disposed of.

CRL.O.(CO.) 17/2017 Learned counsel appearing for the OL submits that as the ex-directors are cooperating in the matter, the present complaint may be closed. The complaint accordingly stands closed and disposed of. However, all the ex-directors will continue to cooperate with the OL. CA NO. 831/2018 In view of the orders passed today in Crl. O.(CO) 17/2017, this application has become infructuous and stands disposed of. Dasti.
