% 11.12.2017 Aggrieved by Notification of 5th June, 2017 (Annexure P-1), petitioner had made a Representation (Annexure P-9) to respondentMedical Council of India on 25th September, 2017, which, according to petitioner, has not been responded to. A similar Representation (Annexure P-10) is said to have been made to Oversight Committee mandated by Supreme Court of India on 13th October, 2017. Upon notice, learned counsel for respondent-MCI submits that if Representation (Annexure P-9) has not been already responded to, then it would be decided within a period of four weeks from today and the decision so taken on the Representation (Annexure P-9) would be got approved by the Oversight Committee mandated by Supreme Court of W.P.(C) 10986/2017

India within four weeks thereafter and the fate of Representation (Annexure P-9) would be conveyed to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. Till it is so done, let status quo as of today in respect of petitioner's service be maintained.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are disposed of.
