% 04.12.2018 Petitioner seeks interim bail for eight weeks on the ground that his father has died on 2nd October, 2018 and he has to manage the business affairs and assets of his father. It is noted that petitioner's mother is alive. He also has one brother and three sisters. Petitioner was already granted interim bail to perform the last rites of his father. No ground is made out for grant of interim bail to petitioner.

Bail application is dismissed. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
