O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 51/2017 The parties invoked the arbitration and the proceedings thereof commenced on 18.05.2016. Since the period of 12 months was to expire on 18.05.2017, with the consent of parties, the period was extended for six months, which now has expired on 17.11.2017. Both the parties have consented to further extend the arbitration period for 08 months.

In view of above, as agreed upon by both the sides, the period of arbitration is further extended for 08 months from today. In view of above, the petition stands disposed of.
