% 10.01.2019 IA No.266/2019 u/O V R 20 CPC moved by petitioner for substituted service of the respondent It is brought to my notice that previously also application for substituted service of respondent had been allowed but the publication could not be got effected and has since lapsed. As per record, respondent has been un-served with report 'left address'. It is stated by learned counsel for petitioner that despite best efforts the respondent has not been served and no other alternate address of the respondent is available with the petitioner. In view of above and in view of reasons mentioned in the application, the captioned IA stands allowed and respondent be served by way of publication in English daily newspaper 'The Statesman' and Hindi daily newspaper 'Janasatta' having circulation in the area Contd.....2

-2of last known address of the respondent, on taking steps by the petitioner within seven weeks. Dasti, as desired. IA stands disposed of.
