% 22.04.2018 The parties have arrived at a compromise and thereunder, the respondent Insurance Company has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.2,30,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Thirty Thousand only) over and above the amounts payable in terms of the impugned award. Pursuant thereto cheque bearing No.017803 in favour of the appellant No.1/claimant Smt. Yadhoda Devi and cheque bearing No.017804 in favour of the appellant No.2/claimant Sh. Sompal Singh, both dated 20.04.2018 for a sum of Rs.1,15,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifteen Thousand only) each, drawn on Deutsche Bank, ECE House, 28, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi, have also come to be handed over to the ld. counsel for the appellants. With the payment so received, the claims of the appellants/claimants stand fully satisfied. The
