O R D E R

Pursuant to the orders passed by this court Ms.Monika Arora, Advocate and Mr.Rakesh Kumar, Advocate have conducted spot inspections of the relocated sites i.e. Anand Parvat and Narela. With regard to the deficiencies found in the facilities as well as in the amenities which have been provided by the respondent, as have been pointed out to the authorities, Ms.Monika Arora has handed over a report dated 28.02.2018 and orally

submitted that the deficiencies pointed out have been addressed by the respondents.

We are informed by Mr.Satyakam, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Govt. of NCT of Delhi that a special bus service has also been started from Narela to Shadipur Bus Depot. 3.

We may note that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the Court Observers Mr.Rakesh Kumar and Ms.Monika Arora have made three visits and conducted exhaustive inspections of the two re-allocation sites. They deserved to be appropriately compensated for the time and effort made by them. 4.

In view of the above, it is directed that each of the Court Observers shall be paid Rs.50,000/- by the developers in addition to the amount already paid.

We are also informed by Mr. Ajay Verma, Sr. Standing Counsel for the DDA that the errors noted by this court in para Nos. 4 & 5 from order dated 18.01.2018 have been addressed and the necessary rectifications have been effected in the agreements which are being executed by the DDA wheresoever required. 6.

Mr.Daniyal Khan, learned counsel who represents the petitioners before us submits that in view of the report of the Court Observers as well as the oral submissions made before us confirming that all facilities have been provided to the re-allocation sites, the prayer made in the writ petition stands satisfied and no further orders are called for.

The prayer made in the writ petition stands satisfied. No further orders are called for in this writ petition as well as the

application and the same are disposed of.
