% 30.08.2018 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that matter stands settled between petitioner and respondent no.2 before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 9th May, 2018. It is submitted that petitioner had also withdrawn the protest petition yesterday. Settlement Agreement dated 9th May, 2018 is on record and has been perused. In view of settlement arrived at between petitioner and respondent no.2, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. However, petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon to do so. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
