1. Learned counsel for the Respondent is agreeable that the arbitration by the Director of the Respondent can take place in Delhi. In that view of the matter, Mr. A.K. Singla, learned Senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will reserve its rights to raise any other objection which it may have in accordance with law in the arbitral proceedings and thereafter will seek appropriate remedy.

2. The expenses of the Arbitrator will be shared equally by both the parties as stated in the order dated 22nd February, 2016.

3. The petition is disposed of.
