The said prayer cannot be granted in the circumstances. The application is dismissed. CRL.M.C. 5098/2017 Vide the present petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR 467/04, PS Anand Vihar, under Sections 147/149/353/332/186 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

It has been submitted by the learned APP for the State that one of the injured in the instant case is Ct. Om Prakash, who necessarily has to be

arrayed as party.
