% 20.12.2017 It is submitted that petitioners have settled the matter with the complainant bank before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 19th December, 2017 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement dated 19th December, 2017. Counsel for the complainant bank admits this fact.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and complainant bank before the Mediation Centre, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, subject to their furnishing

a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Anticipatory bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
