Upon hearing, I find no ground to modify order of 20th November, 2017, except to the extent that four weeks time granted to petitioner to make a Representation is extended to eight weeks from the date of passing of the order. It is made clear that order of 20th November, 2017, does not comment upon the validity of rules and regulations in question. The application is disposed of.
