Mr Chetan Sharma, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has received a letter dated 12.01.2019 informing the petitioner that Lal Bahadur Educational Society is registered as a society, bearing registration No.

S/RS/SW/0361/2011, under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and no trust has been converted into a society. 2.

He states that the petitioner has also received information pursuant to an application made under the Right to Information Act, 2005 confirming that Lal Bahadur Educational Trust has not been converted into a society.

In view of the above, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other remedies.
