% 16.02.2018 Counsel for the respondents states that due to some reasons, refund in eight cases could only be processed on 15th February, 2018. It is stated that refund order will be issued today. We take the statement made by the counsel for the respondents on record.

The refund order would be issued within two days and payment would be made on or before 6th March, 2018. In case refund is not paid within the said period, it will be open to the petitioner to file an application for revival and in such an event, the Court would examine whether costs should be imposed.
