% 14.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that the family is facing financial hardship and thus wants to sell the property bearing No. A-20, Fateh Nagar, New Delhi to pay the loan taken against the property from LIC H.F. Ltd.

The fact that the property was in the joint name of the petitioner and her late husband has been verified. The loan documents have also been verified.

Considering the requirement of the petitioner and that she has been in custody since last two years this Court deems it fit to grant interim bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the BAIL APPLN. 2341/2017

like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. Petition is disposed of.
