% 12.09.2018 CM No. 37328/2018 The matter has been taken up for hearing today in view of the settlement entered between the parties at the SAMADHAN - Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The earlier fixed date of 04.10.2018 stands cancelled.

This application is allowed.

W.P.(C) 1398/2018 The parties are present before us. Respondent is represented by her counsel. The writ petition arises out of matrimonial dispute between the parties and multiple cases pending in various courts. The matter was referred to SAMADHAN - Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation W.P.(C) 1398/2018

Centre and a mediation report has been received from the mediator along with a settlement entered into between the parties on 25.08.2018. The same has been brought on record by the learned Mediator. The parties before us admit that they have subscribed to the settlement and they undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement entered into between the parties on 25.08.2018. We accept the settlement as entered into before the mediation and dispose of the matter in terms of the settlement dated 25.08.2018 brought on record.
