% 04.09.2019 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that his only prayer is that both the cases arising out of (i) FIR No.295/2000, under Sections 186/353/332/364/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC), registered at PS:Karol Bagh, Delhi (subject-matter of the present case) and (ii) FIR No.628/2000, under Sections 302/307 of the IPC, registered at PS:Shalimar Bagh, Delhi may be decided together by the Trial Court, since both the FIRs have arisen from the same incident and both being cross-cases. Learned APP has no objection to the same.
