By way of this writ petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking quashing of case FIR No.513/2015 under Section 66-D of Information Technology Act, 2000 registered at PS Moti Nagar, Delhi and the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.

Notice. Mr.R.S.Kundu, ASC for the State accepts notice and furnishes the status report. As per the status report, cancellation report in case FIR No.513/2015 PS Moti Nagar FIR No.513/2015 has already been filed in the concerned Court on 7th June, 2017. 3.

In view of the status report, nothing further survives in this writ petition and the same is hereby dismissed.
