OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 156/2017 & IA No.14747/2017 The decree holder seeks to execute the arbitral award dated 05.09.2017 against the judgment debtor. Admittedly, the judgment debtor is neither residing nor having any movable/immovable assets within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. The decree holder has sought issuance of Transfer Certificate per Order 21 Rule 5 of the CPC in favour of the Courts at Hyderabad.
