% 03.03.2020 C.M. No.7174/2020 (by the petitioner for early hearing) 1.
We decline to grant early hearing to the appellant on the review petition particularly, in the light of our observations made in the order dated 26.11.2019 wherein, we had recorded that despite several opportunities having been granted to the petitioner/UOI over the past few months, the documents directed to be filed had not been filed. 2.
In the above circumstances, it was clarified that pendency of the review petition would not be a ground for the petitioner/UOI to seek an adjournment before the Central Administrative Tribunal in the contempt petition filed by the respondent.
3.
In view of the fact that the review petition is listed on 25.3.2020, we see no reason to grant early hearing to the petitioner/UOI. The prayer made in the application is declined.
4.
The application is dismissed.
