% 19.12.2018 This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the Award.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that without in any manner admitting the contents of the petition, the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended by this Court. In view of the above, the time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from 03.11.2018. The petition is allowed in above terms, with no order as to cost.
