O R D E R

% 06.01.2020 CM 123/2020 This application has been filed by the petitioners seeking modification of the order dated 08.11.2019 passed by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in paragraph-1 of the order dated 08.11.2019, refers to „petitioner‟ in singular, whereas the petition has been filed by six petitioners together. In view of the submissions made, in the first paragraph of the order dated 08.11.2019 word "petitioner" shall stand replaced by word "petitioners".

The first paragraph shall be read as under:

"This petition has been filed by the petitioners claiming a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 to revoke the letter of attachment of the property no. J-87, Upper Ground floor (Eastern Side), Arya Samaj Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059."

The application is allowed.

A copy of this order be uploaded as a corrigendum to the order dated 08.11.2019.
