% 29.11.2017 Instant petition has come to be filed alleging unauthorised construction raised on the common terrace of Flat Nos. 115A, 115B and 115C, C-2 B, Janakpuri, Delhi.

During the course of hearing, ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the unauthorised construction is already complete, inspite of the complaints made, in September, 2017.

Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances, instant petition is disposed off with a direction to the Commissioner, South Delhi Municipal Corporation, to look into the allegations made in the

instant petition, and take the necessary steps, in accordance with law, preferably within three months from today. Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
