% 29.11.2017 Instant petition has come to be filed for the alleged unauthorised construction raised on the common terrace of Flat Nos. 50A, 50B and 50C, C-2 B, Janakpuri, Delhi.

Copies of the correspondence filed along with the petition reflect that for the alleged unauthorised construction(s), the complaints were made way back in 2010.

During the course of hearing, ld. Counsel for the petitioner, on being queried, submits that no new construction is being raised, but, action has not come to be taken for the unauthorised construction raised in the year 2010-11.

Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances, instant petition is disposed off with a direction to the Commissioner, South

Delhi Municipal Corporation, to look into the allegations made in the petition and take the necessary steps in accordance with law, preferably, within three months from today. Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
