% 29.11.2017 Against impugned order of 29th June, 2017 (Annexure P-1) imposing penalty of termination from service, petitioner has filed an Appeal (Annexure P-44 colly.) on 5th July, 2017, which is said to be still pending despite sending of several reminders, latest one being of 15th October, 2017.

In case petitioner's Appeal of 5th July, 2017 is still pending, then it be decided by a speaking order within six weeks and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks thereafter so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law. It is made clear that if petitioner's appeal of 5th July, 2017 has been already decided, then its fate be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks from today to enable him to W.P.(C) 10601/2017

have recourse to law.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
