The only prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to the respondents not to demolish/dispossess the petitioners, from House No. E-6 & E-7(Ground Floor), measuring 600 sq. yds Village Chilla Saroda Bangar in part of Khasra No. 421/306, New Delhi, without due process of law.

There can possibly be no objection to the grant of said prayer. 3.

Indeed, learned counsel for the respondents also fairly undertakes that no action would be taken against the petitioners except of following the due process of law.
