% 15.03.2019 Even though, the photographs have been filed by the North DMC, to contend that the action has been taken against the property in question, learned counsel for the petitioner states the complete action has not been taken.

Learned counsel for the North Delhi Municipal Corporation as well as the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 state that the grills, iron gate and pillars shall also be removed. Her statement, taken on instructions, is taken on record.

The compliance of this Court's direction shall be made by the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 and ensured by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation. The petition is disposed of.
